In the Banking and General Ledger tab, under Maintenance you will see the Link to Void a Transaction

Note: only NON-reconciled transactions can be voided

1. Select Type (Bank Payment or Deposit, Funds Transfer, etc…)
2. You can narrow your search if you know the Transaction Number
3. Click
4. Click on the Pencil Icon ()
5. Click
6. It will have you confirm one more time by clicking “Proceed”
